I only have one complaint:My child had a sore throat on Thursday but tested negative for strep. We got a doctor's note for that day of missed school. The doctor told us we'd probably caught her sickness at the very first stage, and that if she developed more symptoms and need to stay home another day, to just call the office and they'd print another note for the extra day.My daughter did end up becoming sicker and had to stay home from school (and is even worse now, on Saturday). The office could not give me a note without making another appointment to get more testing done, and they could not contact the doctor because they rotate locations and they didn't have any idea as to when he'd be back.I don't want to spend another $40 to get a doctor's note, when it could have been done on the first visit.I like that Lil Spurs is open until 8, when my pediatrician's office closes at 5. I don't like that they don't honor what their doctors tell the patients. Next time I'm out of PTO, I will make sure my child is VERY sick before I bring her to Lil Spurs.

The scheduling was easy. The diagnosis by Dr. Uzonna felt rushed and we felt like she ignored/missed the signs of an infection that only got worse overnight. We had to come back the next morning and see a different doctor who diagnosed the infection and prescribed antibiotics.

Front office Staff and nurses were very friendly. The provider needs better bedside manner he made me feel like I was over exaggerating for taking my child even though i want to make sure there was no infection. I heard him sigh before coming into the room and giving me the results of the flu and strep throat test and it was off-putting.
