He told me that story a long time ago and I immediately signed up for the ESPP plan. It is a great benefit to employees and I mention it to every candidate I speak with.

    This weekend we celebrate World Ocean Day! I know there is a "day" for everything, but the way the ocean takes care of us makes this one worth noting (nothing against " international talk like a pirate day"/Sept 19th for those who need time to prepare).

    Julie Shelton joined the podcast last week, sharing some amazing examples of what it actually means when we say Randstad is a Partner for Talent. She took me on a journey from her early days in Core Talent to becoming a Senior Vice President. Her stories highlighted the fantastic teamwork at Randstad that makes big things happen for our talent, our customers, and the company itself. Her Partner for Talent story is both heartwarming and a bit like a fairy tale. Eight years ago, she placed a candidate, nurtured their career growth over time, and now, she gets to support them again by solving their workforce challenges as a customer.
